Once production is complete, orders will ship within 5 business days.

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship using a variety of trusted carriers based on your location and delivery requirements.
Brickteam reserves the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier, and are not guaranteed once the order has been handed off for delivery.
Duties & Taxes
For most orders, Brickteam will pre-pay any applicable duties and taxes to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
If there are any issues or exceptions related to duties or import fees, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Brickteam is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible, but resolution is ultimately handled through the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Brickteam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.
