What is Brickteam?

Brickteam is a few friends who got into 3D printing with a goal to make the world a slightly better place - one brick at a time.

How does the customization process work?

When you submit your order, you include pictures of the jersey or customization you want. Our team takes these, builds a 3D model in brick form and prints them. After the base 3D model is printed, we then all the additional customization like names, numbers and logos via UV printing directly onto the body.

This is a much higher quality option then using stickers or vinyl decals.

Can I order for a team or group?

Yes! We love doing team orders. Take a look at our Team Orders page for more information and when you're ready reach out via our contact form to get the team order process started!

Can I request something not listed on the site?

For sure! We love creating new ideas together. If you have an idea for a brick figure - or brick figure related item you'd like to order. Reach out to us with more information and we'll get back to you with our ideas, possibilities and an idea of what it might look like! The possibilities are endless!

How long does production take?

We strive to get products out as quick as possible. Our average turn around times are 3-4 weeks, but in busy seasons that may get longer.

All our orders are custom made to your specifications and requests, because of this we can't guarantee any product times.

If you're in need of a rush order for an event or occasion, reach out to use directly to make arrangements.

Where are you based?

We make all of our custom brick figures in Ontario, Canada. With production happening in both Waterloo and Hamilton.

How do I contact you if I have questions?

Click on Contact Us in the main menu or the footer and fill out the contact form.

One of us will get back to ASAP. While we strive to return all e-mails within 24 hours sometimes things come up, but we promise we will get back to you!

What size brick figures do you offer?

We do brick figures in two sizes:

"Mini" are 6.5 inches tall (including the head accessories such as helmet or hair)

and

"Large" are 13 inches tall (including the had accessories such as helmet or hair)

We strive to ensure each of these are as perfect as possible, please note there could be minor variances in overall height based on the options selected during your order.

What’s included with each figure?

We strive to include at least 2 accessories with each brick figure - but we know this can't always be done.

Generally each brick figure has a "head" accessory and a "hand" accessory.

Example a hockey player has a helmet and a stick.

A baseball player has a glove and a hat.

Some other brick figures may not all have accessories that work with the theme - but this is generally what we strive for.

How is the customization applied?

We design the main body portion as a 3D model (this is the body, legs, arms and head). We print these as close to the original design as possible without the logos or numbers.

Once the bodies are complete, we add the final customization (logos, names, numbers, etc) via UV printing directly onto the 3D printed pieces.

The UV printing process uses a UV resin ink that gets instantly cured to figure to ensure a high quality finished product product .

Can I add logos or upload my own designs?

During the order process you have the ability to upload your own artwork and images so we can match colours to the best of our ability.

If you're unable to upload at the time your order is placed, please reach out to us so we can get your artwork!

Will the colours match exactly?

We strive to match as closely as possible, however due to restrictions in available colours in 3D printing material - they may not match 100%.

We will do our best to get as close as possible and we haven't had any negative feedback regarding our colour matching!

Can I choose accessories or add extras?

Yes! In the order notes when placing an order let us know what you want with your brick figure!

If your requests go above and beyond our standard 1 head/1 hand accessory we'll reach out to confirm,

Generally we charge $5/accessory for additional accessories.

There's also an option to add some during the order process as well!

Do you offer different sports or themes?

Yes! We will do any sport, event, theme or profession you can think of.

If it's not listed on our site, either order with the "Fully Custom Brick Figure" option OR contact us directly to work out exactly what you're looking for.

If you can think it, we can make a brick figure of it!

How long does shipping take after production?

Most orders are shipping with 24-48 hours AFTER production has been completed (3-4 weeks after order is placed on average)

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Canada and the USA.

Located in a different country? Reach out to us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

Short answer - NO!

All our orders ship with taxes and duties prepaid for US orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order ships you'll be sent a tracking number.

Please keep in mind that we use a variety of different carriers and couriers and the tracking number you received may only be the last mile delivery carrier.

These carriers generally will update all the shipping information, but sometimes they won't show anything until the package makes it to them.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Reach out to us so we can make it right!

We want you to be happy with your brick figure and we'll happily sort out fixing, repairing or replacing broken parts.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you reach out to use within 48-72 hours we may be able to make changes or cancel.

However once the production process has started, we will not be able to accommodate cancelations and will only be able to accommodate some minor changes.

Once production has started on a custom brick figure we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Do you offer local pickup?

Of course! We love meeting our new brick family - if you're local to Hamilton or Waterloo Ontario, choose local pick up at check out and we'll reach out to you to confirm a pick up time once your order is ready!

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Don't sweat! Your package is insured.

We'll make the claim and work on re-making your order and getting it send out to you again!
