At Brickteam, all brick figures and customized items are made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, all custom products are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives with damage or missing/broken parts, please contact us and we’ll make it right. We may request photos of the issue to help process a replacement.

We’re committed to ensuring you receive your order in great condition and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, it is considered in progress and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

If your order is cancelled prior to production, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you need to cancel or have questions about your order status, please reach out as soon as possible.
